I'm Asher. Dura started with a feeling I kept noticing in everyone around me.
Every time a friend tried to book a venue for a birthday or an engagement party, the same thing happened. Weeks of stress, vague replies from venues, places that looked one way online and another in real life, deposits paid for nights that never felt quite right. Good people getting steered into wrong rooms because the whole process is built for businesses, not for people throwing real parties for the people they love.
I wanted to fix that. So I started Dura with a simple promise: hand-pick the venues myself, reply the same business day, and treat every party like it actually matters. The AI tool we built is part of that fix, because the future of planning a night out shouldn't be twenty open tabs and a panic. It should be a few questions, and the right place at the end of them.
