15 Bateman Street is a flexible two-storey townhouse in Soho, with a classic Victorian frontage and a deceptively spacious blank canvas across two floors. White walls, polished dark wood floors, heritage panelling, and an original fireplace give you a warm backdrop for big birthdays, engagement parties, leaving drinks, and private dining. The integrated sound system and fully adjustable flood and spot lighting are built in, with a kitchen area (three fridges) and Wi‑Fi throughout. Standing capacity is up to 150 guests, with seated capacity up to 120. Alcohol licence runs until 23:00.

Cancellation

15 Bateman Street's policy

  • 60 days or more notice — full refund
  • 30 to 59 days notice — 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days notice — non-refundable

Dura's promise on top of that: if 15 Bateman Street cancels on you for any reason, we'll help find a replacement.
