About the space

Kachette Annex is a self-contained ground-floor event space in the original Shoreditch Railway Station entrance, where Old Street meets Kingsland Road. Glass-fronted with floor-to-ceiling light, the open-plan layout works brilliantly for big birthdays, engagement parties, leaving drinks, and private celebrations. White walls, natural light, and a fixed bar position give you a flexible canvas — with serious AV and connectivity built in, including dedicated Wi‑Fi and fibre if you want a photo booth or slideshow on the night. Standing capacity is up to 100 guests.

Headline price vs what you'll actually pay: £2,750 + VAT is the hire fee only. A typical evening (e.g. 6pm–midnight) often totals around £4,300–£4,700 once security, cleaning, power, and waste are included — before food and drink. We'll itemise everything in your quote.

Cancellation

Kachette Annex's policy

  • More than 91 days notice — 25% cancellation fee
  • 46 to 90 days notice — 50% cancellation fee
  • 45 days or less notice — 100% cancellation fee

Dura's promise on top of that: if Kachette Annex cancels on you for any reason, we'll help find a replacement.
